Are you happy now, Amy Coney Barrett?

Are you gratified? It’s reassuring to know you’re up there on the Highest Court of the Land vigilantly protecting innocent lives as is your bounden Christian duty while insurrectionists continue plotting and planning to lay siege to the capitals of all 50 states on Inauguration Day. You will continue protecting their sacred 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms like their AK-47 assault rifles— as well as bombs, tear gas, Molotov cocktails, chemical smoke, and readily improvised weapons. You know, like the Confederate flags used to beat Capitol Police and the fire extinguisher used to murder Officer Brian Sicknick as he struggled to protect legislators cowering inside in fear for their lives.

Good thing you had nothing to fear by going maskless at your swearing-in ceremony, since you’d already recovered from the coronavirus — though the event itself turned out to be a super-spreader. Maybe you imagine the jury’s still out (no pun intended) on whether the virus is real or a hoax. After all, your stated position for all the world to see is that the topic of Climate Change is debatable.

So maybe you weren’t concerned about the lawmakers who declined masks offered to them while inside during the Capitol attack, especially since the four legislators who contracted Covid-19 from prolonged contact closely sheltering in place with the mask-resisters all happened to be Democrats. And we know which side you’re on.

Keep up the good work, Your Honor. And thank you for your service.

Sincerely,

Madolin Wells
